Figuring out when it's okay to use a source can sometime be confusing. Terms like "fair use" and "plagiarism" and "licensing" and "citation" seem contradictory in their definitions. Hopefully, the information you find here will help you in your research.
Of course, when in doubt, you should always cite sources.
